The House Next Door has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and totals 1,873 square feet of living space. An attached oversized two-car garage is not included in a standard stay but can be used by guests for an additional fee. The house can accommodate up to 15 guests, plus one if the pack and play is used. The House Next Door is intended to be a full turn-key rental complete with all the amenities you enjoy at home.

 

The upstairs bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, while the master bedroom downstairs offers two full-size beds. The master bedroom also includes four twin-sized floor mattresses with complete bedding kits and a bonus room with a twin-sized futon. The basement living room offers a spacious queen-sized pull-out couch.

The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless steel appliances, even the toaster! When traveling, coffee is essential and our coffee maker supports 14 cups. A large blender is available if you're looking to be more creative with your drinks or cooking. Local coffee of seasonal variety is provided. The cabinets are filled with cooking utensils, eating utensils, wine glasses, glass and plastic drinking cups, bowls, plates, serving platters, and more!

 

If you're visiting with a larger group, the dining table in the kitchen area does have a leaf to expand it. There are three stools at the breakfast bar for a seating total of seven in the kitchen. An additional dining table, seating four, is located at the bottom of the stairs in the lower living area. This additional table is a great space to feast on your meal or compete in a card game (or the games we've provided).

 

Our bathrooms include cotton balls, cotton swabs, healthy soaps (body, hand, shampoo, conditioner), and quality toilet paper. Freshly washed white towels are plentiful in both bathrooms and the linen closet upstairs. Our laundry room offers scented and free+clear detergents, dryer sheets, and distilled vinegar. An iron and ironing board is available in the closet at the top of the stairs near the kitchen.

Technology is important to us! For your satisfaction and security, we've implemented the best wireless internet service, smart televisions in each living room and bedroom (Netflix is on us!), a security camera over the driveway, and wireless or electronic locks at all entry points to the house.

Outdoors, the front yard is large and open while the back yard is smaller but fenced-in. The backyard is overlooked by a beautiful shaded deck loaded with seating and a nice propane grille for cooking out with the family. The back yard also includes four raised garden boxes that will offer fresh seasonal vegetables and flowers for guest use. Feel free to help out pulling weeds or simply grabbing a cucumber for your salad!
