The House Next Door is located in the Holland Heights neighborhood of Holland. Perfectly centered between interstate 196 exit 52 and downtown Holland, guests take advantage of the quiet neighborhood setting with just 5 minute travel times to pretty much everything they could need.
Rental Bicycles and Electric Scooters

The House Next Door and Rock 'n' Road Cycle of South Haven have partnered together to offer the BEST rental bikes in West Michigan to guests during their stay in Holland! Your host James has been an employee at Rock 'n' Road Cycle in South Haven, Michigan since 2005. Growing up riding week-long 500+ mile bicycle tours each summer, James quickly grew an affinity for all things cycling. James rode with Rock 'n' Road's Thursday night group starting at age 14 and began working at the bike shop in the summer of 2005. Working after school and on the weekends through high school, college, and even today James has a strong mechanical skillset and knowledge of the industry.
If you don't need rentals but would like to have your own bicycle tuned up or repaired during your stay at The House Next Door, reach out! Forget something at home? James also owns the online presence of the bicycle store, Sprocket Kings! Sprocket Kings offers a wide range of products, accessories, apparel, and food just like a regular bike shop. Many of these products are immediately available during your stay at The House Next Door.

A flat rate delivery fee of $50 should be added to rental bike requests. The rental bicycles are not stored at THND, but rather driven to the house from South Haven with helmets, locks, and baskets for each rental group.
**Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are not offering road bikes due to supply shortages. We will resume renting road bikes when supply has improved.
